This scholarship will provide a partial tuition assistance credit of $10,000.00 total (awarded to the student via their student account as $5,000.00/semester (2 semesters maximum)) to a maximum of ten newly admitted students who currently reside in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia and satisfy the eligibility qualifications outlined below. Eligible and qualified students will have a record of superior academic achievement (including factors such as grade point average, honors, or other designation), show a commitment to biomedical research and graduate studies at the Masters’ level, and demonstrate their creative thinking ability through an essay.
