    After participating in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences commencement ceremony, nearly 400 Biomedical Graduate Education students filed into the bright and airy McDonough Gymnasium for their diploma distribution ceremony on Friday, greeted by their clapping and cheering friends and family members.

    On March 16th, 2017, the Medical Center Graduate Student Organization (MCGSO) hosted close to 100 7th graders from Hardy Middle School for Brain Awareness Week (BAW). BAW, observed every March, is a global campaign to promote interest and awareness in neuroscience research.

    New MS in Integrative Neuroscience to Focus on Research, Science Policy

    This fall, a new master’s degree program at Georgetown will give students the opportunity to pursue advanced study in neuroscience while gaining experience in research or science policy. Applications are currently being accepted for the Master of Science in Integrative Neuroscience, a one-year, full-time program that will offer concentrations in science policy and laboratory research.
