Catholic Clinical Ethics

In Partnership with The Catholic University of America

This program prepares students for leadership at Catholic health care institutions to address complex social and ethical issues in health care, clinical treatment, genetics, biotechnology and policy within the framework of the Catholic moral tradition and teaching.

Clinical & Translational Research

This program offers coursework in essential skills of research methods, preparing graduates for careers as clinical faculty in medical centers, investigators in pharmaceutical or medical device industries, employees of clinical research organizations or federal agencies, or to support oversight roles within academic organizations or directorship of accredited specialty/subspecialty training programs.

Clinical Quality, Safety & Leadership

In Collaboration with MedStar Health

This program is designed for both clinical and nonclinical health care professionals interested in developing higher excellence in health care quality and patient care services.

Graduate Certificate Programs

Certificate in Biohazardous Threat Agents & Emerging Infectious Diseases

Focuses on microbiology of CDC Category A through C biothreat agents, eg. smallpox, plague, anthrax, tularemia, and Ebola; sociological prospective on biodefense; bioterrorism; homeland security, preparedness, response and capacity to CBRNE threats; and community resilience.
