Biomedical Graduate Education (BGE) is proud to foster a culture of service among our students and alumni. We are pleased to announce that we are an education partner with the Segal AmeriCorps Education Award.

Starting Fall 2019, recipients of the full-time Segal AmeriCorps Education Award will receive a 100% matching scholarship in the first semester the student is enrolled. Students must be registered full-time in an eligible BGE master’s program and have not used their Education Award in order to receive the scholarship.

Tuition Scholarship: 100% match of your Segal AmeriCorps Education Award applied to an eligible BGE master’s program in your first semester of enrollment.

How to Receive Your Award:

  1. Submit an online application to an eligible BGE Master’s program
  2. In the online application under the Application Details section, please select "AmeriCorps Volunteer" from the menu in response to this question: Are you affiliated with or are you applying in conjunction with an organization or program listed below?
  3. Be admitted and confirm your intention to enroll.
  4. Upload your Service Verification Letter and your Education Award Payment Request below (Box Link) within two weeks of confirming your intention to enroll in an eligible program.
