BGE is proud to be an institutional partner of the Federal Academic Alliance program. Through this program, BGE provides scholarships to eligible federal employees across the country as part of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management’s effort to address critical skills gaps in mission-critical occupations. United International College (UIC)

United International College (UIC) was founded jointly by Beijing Normal University and Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU). GU-NIH Graduate Program

The Georgetown University Biomedical Graduate Education-National Institutes of Health (GU-NIH) Graduate Program in Biomedical Sciences allows graduate students to conduct dissertation research with experts from both institutions. BGE Ph.D. programs currently participating in the partnership include:

Apply directly via NIH Graduate Partnership Program Institutional Partnership application portal. Applications are due in early December. Please note that GU-NIH applicants who also wish to be considered for a Ph.D. program independently of the GU-NIH partnership should submit applications through both NIH and the Georgetown Graduate School of Arts & Sciences application portal.


Georgetown School of Medicine M.D./Ph.D. Programs

M.D./Ph.D. programs are offered in conjunction with Georgetown University School of Medicine for students interested in a career conducting medical-related research.

Students in the program spend the first two years in medical school while completing research rotations over the summer. Years 3-6 of the program are generally spent performing Ph.D. research in one of the many laboratories on the Georgetown campus under the auspices of one of our biomedical Ph.D. programs.
