Can you tell us about your current work and how you got to be in your current position?

How did you negotiate your salary and starting package?

By gathering as much information as possible. I reached out to friends and colleagues across various hospital systems, and made it a point to visit potential job sites in person to get a feel for the culture and work atmosphere.

Why did you choose to pursue another advanced degree program after graduating from BGE?

To be able to provide specialty-based clinical care.

What strategies did you use to build your network and find job opportunities?

Keep an open mind, try not to burn bridges, and cast a broad net as far as potential job opportunities.
