About Collin

Collin is from Allentown, Pennsylvania. Before coming to Georgetown Biomedical Graduate Education, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College. In addition to the Ignatian Hoya Biomedical Academic Scholarship, Collin also received the Dean’s Excellence Merit Scholarship.

What community service activity has meant the most to you?

Serving as Director of Volunteers at StandUp For Kids D.C.

Why did you choose the Georgetown SMP for your graduate studies?

The Special Master’s Program at Georgetown has given me the unique opportunity to showcase my growth since graduating college in order to strengthen my med school application. I chose Georgetown for my graduate studies because of the school’s commitment to serving disadvantaged populations across our D.C. community and globally.

What do you want to do after earning your degree?

I hope to pursue a combined M.D./MPH dual degree so that I can dedicate my career towards community and population health as our society’s health continues to evolve amid the climate crisis.
