Eric Berens is a recipient of the prestigious NCI Predoctoral to Postdoctoral Transition Fellowship. He is most grateful and excited for the incredible opportunity to find innovative ways to support the next generation of cancer researchers.
After receiving this grant, Eric’s next steps will be to continue finishing his course of work as a student a part of the Tumor Biology program and package his final project into a coherent manuscript. He is looking forward to his dissertation defense and leaving to his post doctorate position with a bounce in his step.
